SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Designer wears and bridal wears will dispatch within 40 working days, casual wears will dispatch within 25 working days and Jewellery products will be dispatch within 10 working days.Products will deliver within in 2 to 3 days after dispatch in Kerala. 4 to 6 days outside Kerala.
Return
Return is only available for damaged products or else when deliver a wrong product. For returning a product send your complaint to carediksha@gmail.com within 24 hours after delivery. Return is not available for size issues, read size chart properly before checkout.
refund
Refund is not available . In case of a damaged product or a wrong product you will get an exchange of the same product.
cancellation
You can't cancel any order after payment. We will start processing of product at the moment after order placement. And all of the products will manufacture according to orders.
Making changes after order placement is also not available .
